Certified Canadian Immigration Consultant (CCIC) from A – Class
Nannies & Caregivers Inc., the fees for retaining the services
from a Certified Immigration Consultant (CCIC) is for
immigration services and not for placement fees.
A – Class Nannies & Caregivers Inc.
does not charge a fee
for persons seeking employment. If you are a foreign worker and
were placed by A – Class Nannies & Caregivers Inc., it is not
our responsibility to process your work permit application and
you are under no obligation to retain our immigration services.
However, it is your responsibility to complete and submit forms
and documents required by Citizenship and Immigration Canada in
order to obtain a work permit.
Under the Provincial British Columbia Employment Standards Act
Employment Agencies
“ No charge for hiring or providing information
10 (1) A person must not request, charge or receive, directly
or indirectly, from a person seeking employment a payment for(a)
employing or obtaining employment for the person seeking
employment, or
(b) providing information about employers seeking employees.
(2) A person does not contravene this section by requesting,
charging or receiving payment for any form of advertisement from
the person who placed the advertisement.
(3) A payment received by a person in contravention of this
section is deemed to be wages owing and this Act applies to the
recovery of the payment.
No fees to other persons
11 (1) An employment agency must not make a payment, directly
or indirectly, to a person for obtaining or assisting in
obtaining employment for someone else.”
Should you choose and decide to retain the services of a
Certified Canadian Immigration Consultant (CCIC) from A – Class
Nannies & Caregivers Inc., this would be your decision.
Under the Federal Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations
“Representation for a fee
13.1 (1) Subject to subsection (2), no person who is not an
authorized representative may, for a fee, represent, advise or
consult with a person who is the subject of a proceeding or
application before the Minister, an officer or the Board.”

The only representatives who may charge a fee to represent or
advise you on immigration and refugee matters with the
Government of Canada are:
The Government of Canada will not deal with non-authorized
representatives who charge a fee for their service.
