Salmon Salad
Can of Salmon 194 grams Salt Pepper 1 Celery stack Green Onion 5 tablespoon of Mayonnaise
1. Drain the salmon and make sure that there is very little liquid. 2. Chop the celery stack and green onion in small size and set aside. 3. Mix the drained salmon, chopped celery and green onion with Mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
This can be used for children's sandwiches, breakfast, lunch or dinner and serve as a salad on a bed of lettuce. You may spread the the salmon salad on bread with cheese and toast them. Great for snacks as well.
